Guest Policies – Book My Tourism
At Book My Tourism, we strive to provide a seamless, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review the following guest policies before making a reservation or checking in at any of our partner properties.
1. Check-in & Check-out Times
Standard Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact the property directly after booking to request special arrangements.
2. Age Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to check in without an accompanying adult.
Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the entire stay.
3. Identification Requirements
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar card, passport, driver’s license) at the time of check-in.
Foreign nationals must carry their passport and visa as per local regulations.
4. Booking Modifications & Cancellations
Cancellation and modification policies vary by property and room type. Please review the specific policy displayed at the time of booking.
Most standard bookings allow free cancellation up to 48–72 hours before check-in. Non-refundable bookings are clearly marked during checkout.
No-shows will be charged the full cost of the first night or the entire stay, as per the property’s policy.
5. Payment Policy
Full or partial payment may be collected at the time of booking, depending on the rate selected.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment options supported on our platform.
Cash payments at the property may be accepted, but this is at the discretion of the individual property manager.
6. Guest Conduct & House Rules
Guests are expected to respect the property, fellow travelers, and local community.
Smoking, drugs, loud parties, or any illegal activity are strictly prohibited on the premises. Violation may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Some properties are alcohol-free—please check property-specific guidelines.
Quiet hours are generally observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
7. Pets & Visitors
Pets are not allowed, unless specified as a pet-friendly property during booking.
External visitors are not permitted in guest rooms or dormitories. Day visitors may be allowed in common areas with prior permission from the property manager.
8. Luggage & Valuables
While we encourage guests to travel light, most properties offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out (subject to availability).
Book My Tourism and its partner properties are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Use in-room safes (if available) or request front desk assistance for valuables.
9. Special Requests
Requests such as extra beds, cots, or dietary preferences can be noted during booking but are subject to availability and not guaranteed unless confirmed by the property.

In case of emergencies, dial the local emergency number or notify property staff immediately.
Note: These policies apply across all properties listed on Book My Tourism unless explicitly stated otherwise on the individual property page. Property managers may enforce additional house rules, which will be communicated at check-in or via email after booking.
