Applicable taxes, service fees, and additional charges (e.g., cleaning fees, tourist taxes) will be clearly shown before checkout.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies are set by the individual property or service provider and are displayed at the time of booking. Book My Tourism is not responsible for enforcing or waiving these policies.
Any changes to your booking must be requested directly through our platform or support team—not at the property—to ensure eligibility for refunds or adjustments.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during your stay or tour.
Respect the property, staff, fellow guests, and local community.
Not use the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Book My Tourism shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or stay at a property.
Service disruptions caused by property partners, natural events, strikes, or government actions.
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your trip.

Our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that specific booking.

All content on Book My Tourism—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Book My Tourism or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
